OSP Fiber - Network Maintenance Technician

OSPFiber - Network Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing the fiber network, including splicing fiber optic cables, operating a bucket truck and mini excavator, and troubleshooting outages using OTDR. Must understand PON/GPON concepts, read blueprints/wire diagrams, document data for management, coordinate controlled outages with NOC and other channels, lead crews during maintenance events, and work primarily night shifts. Requires the ability to work in all weather, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members. Education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent; experience with fiber tools preferred.
