OSP Construction Project Engineer

Job Summary
Oversees OSP crews and subcontractors to deliver fiber network construction projects on time and within budget; builds relationships with local partners, tracks progress, ensures safety and compliance with NESC/OSHA, coordinates permits and materials, and communicates across internal teams to keep leadership informed of real-time progress. Requires strong project management, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work onsite across multiple job sites in a hybrid model, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards in the telecom/OSP field.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ technical experience working in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required
- Fiber or Telecom industry experience essential
