Job Summary
Lead the migration and upgrade of the OSI PI Suite, installing and configuring PI OPC Interfaces with failover and designing the PI buffer Subsystem. Administer Pi Vision Servers, implement the Pi Web API, and manage PI Datalink, Processbook, and Vision page development. Provide consulting services for client application health checks and upkeep of refinery models, integrating applications with databases and third-party systems. Execute end-to-end implementation across development, test, and production environments while identifying interdependencies between activities. Plan post-go-live support, maintain SOPs, and customize applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, and Angular.
Required Qualifications
- Worked on asset framework and event frames extensively
- OSIsoft PI System Installation, Implementation, Upgrade and Configuration
- Good knowledge and Experience Over the OSIsoft PI-Historian (ProcessBook, DataLink, PI – PI Interface, Alarms)
- Install and configure PI OPC Interfaces with failover
- Configure PI buffer Subsystem
- Pi Vision Servers administration
- Pi Web API Administration and implementation
- PI Datalink
- PI Processbook
- PI Vision page development
- Good Exposure to customizing applications using PI SDK
- Good Exposure to customizing applications using PI AF SDK
- Good Exposure to customizing applications using Visual Studio .NET
- Good Exposure to customizing applications using Angular
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Working knowledge of Oracle
- Good hands-on experience on OSI PI System administration activities
- Experience with OPC tag configurations
- Experience with PI client configuration
- Maintain and develop documentation
- Creation/updating of SOPs for Support process
