Job Summary
Develop OSI PI Historian solutions by designing PI Vision displays, mapping business requirements to PI AF, and integrating applications using OPC DA/HDA protocols. Write and debug .Net, Java, and MS SQL scripts to support complex analysis while providing expert consulting on PI integration and ITIL support activities. Collaborate with client leads and business users during brainstorming sessions to translate domain knowledge of Oil and Gas and MES into functional solutions. Leverage Azure cloud technology and Power BI reporting tools to enhance data visualization and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in OSI PI Historian
- PI Server
- Vision
- PI AF
- Desktop clients SMT, datalink, ProcessBook, PI System Explorer
- OPC DA, HDA
- Ability to write simple to complex analysis in AF
- Ability to map business requirements in PI AF
- Expertise level in PI Vision display development with reference to PI AF
- Ability to provide consulting and expert advice to client using PI to integrate with other application
- Domain knowledge of Oil and Gas and MES
- Experience in writing and debugging .Net code, Java code and MS SQL scripts
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in support activities
- Good knowledge of MS Windows platform
- Experience in team coordination and client handling
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and use Power BI like reporting tools
- Good to have of Azure cloud technology
