Job Summary
Lead a large Outside School Hours Care service by coaching Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators, and Educators while driving exceptional educational programs and fostering continuous improvement. Act as the Nominated Supervisor ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, manage operations including budgets and rosters, and prepare the service for Assessment & Rating. Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and the wider community while maintaining high-quality standards. Receive 32.5 hours of dedicated out-of-ratio administration time alongside 5.5 hours of in-ratio engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating
- Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Australian working rights
