Job Summary
Plan and program science experiments, sports tournaments, and creative arts for children across Frankston, Brighton, Highett, and surrounding suburbs. Lead a safe, inclusive environment while whipping up healthy snacks to maintain energy levels. Manage the day-to-day business operations of the service to ensure everything runs smoothly. Collaborate with the Programs Engagement Manager on assessment and ratings with full backing from compliance experts. Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building integrated programs. Work 2-3 shifts across before and after school care with a flexible 38-hour weekly schedule. Casual contract at $47.81 to $50.00 per hour plus super and retention payments.

- Diploma, Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services
