Job Summary
Plan and program science experiments, sports tournaments, and creative arts activities while leading a safe, inclusive environment for children. Whip up healthy snacks to maintain energy levels and manage the day-to-day business operations of the service to ensure everything runs smoothly. Collaborate with the Programs Engagement Manager on assessment and ratings with full backing from compliance experts. Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building integrated programs across Ballarat Central, Lucas, Creswick, Mount Pleasant, and Soldiers Hill. Work Monday to Friday during before and after school hours with guaranteed all school days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Child Protection Training Certificate
- First Aid
- CPR
- Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
- Diploma, Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services
- Warm, engaging attitude
- "Can-do" attitude
- Ability to build trust and connection with curious children, educators, and school leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training
