Job Summary
Conduct engaging holiday care activities for primary school children in fun, interactive environments. Partner with parents and school communities to support children's development through play, while maintaining a respectful and welcoming team atmosphere. Work block shifts from 6am to 6pm across school holidays, with opportunities for split shift bonuses. Complete required National Child Safety Training and hold a valid working-with-children check. Required Qualifications
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a state working-with-children check
- Must have valid Australian work rights
- Block shifts 6am-6pm
- Holiday HQ shifts across school holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
