Design safe, inspiring environments where children feel secure to explore and learn. Plan engaging, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and imagination while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Champion each child's social, emotional, and developmental needs through collaborative program design that reflects their interests and voices. Support holistic wellbeing within a child-safe culture that prioritizes community connection and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
- Valid First Aid
- CPR
- WWCC
- Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Undergo relevant child safety screening prior to appointment
- Adhere with child safe practices
