Job Summary
OSHC Educator at Sacred Heart Cabramatta with Junior Adventures Group (JAG). Provide engaging, age-appropriate experiences for primary school children before/after school across flexible casual shifts (morning and/or afternoon) with growth potential. Responsibilities include supporting children's development through play, facilitating activities (e.g., rockets, arts, sports), maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with a team. Requirements include a relevant qualification in children’s services or working towards one, valid Australian work rights, ability to obtain national police and state working-with-children checks, and willingness to complete background screenings. Required Qualifications
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Must have valid Australian work rights
- A relevant qualification in children’s services, or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines)
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
