Job Summary
Partner with parents and school communities at Narara OSHClub to support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Build ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community while occasionally supporting nearby services across the region when additional support is needed. Work Monday to Friday after school shifts with a minimum availability of four afternoons per week, with extra hours available during school holidays. Earn $27 to $38 per hour plus super, including an additional $21 per day for split shifts. Complete a national police check and state working-with-children check, along with National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding. Join a respectful, welcoming team with clear pathways to progress as an Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
