OSHC Educator | Holland Park

OSHC Educator role at Holland Park Helping Hands, partnering with parents and school communities to support children's development through play in a structured OSHC program. Responsibilities include delivering engaging activities during morning (6:30am–9:00am) and afternoon (2:30pm–6:00pm) shifts, with extra hours available during school holidays. Training and guidance provided; opportunities for career growth from Educator to Coordinator. Mandatory and desirable checks and clearances include National Police Check and state Working-with-Children checks (cost covered by employer). Must have valid Australian work rights. The role emphasizes child safety, strong communication, teamwork, and a supportive, inclusive environment across Before/After School and Vacation Care for up to 210 children in the afternoons and 180 children in mornings/holidays.
