Job Summary
Design safe, inspiring environments and lead hands-on, creative activities that spark children's curiosity and imagination. Build strong connections with children, families, and colleagues while supporting each child's social, emotional, and developmental needs. Collaborate with the team to co-create programs reflecting children's interests and voices. Work afternoon shifts from 3:10 pm to 6:00 pm in a permanent part-time role within MACSEYE's Bennettswood OSHC program.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
- Valid First Aid
- Valid CPR
- Valid WWCC
- Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
- Child safety screening
- Adherence with child safe practices

- A genuine passion for working with children
- A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
