Job Summary
OSHC Educator in Aveley (WA) for Junior Adventures Group (JAG). Fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours per week, 6 months) with rostered shifts across before school, after school, and Holiday Program hours, requiring a minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week. Build genuine relationships with children and families within a consistent service and contribute to the wider school community. Develop leadership, communication, and behaviour management skills; great pathway into teaching, education support, psychology, social work, and childcare careers. Full training and ongoing support provided — no OSHC experience required. Includes casual loading, split shift allowances, referral bonuses, and extra holiday program hours during term breaks. Recruitment includes comprehensive background checks to ensure child safety.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
