Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years, creating child-centered experiences including STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts. Manage day-to-day operations, take full ownership of the team roster, ensure compliance, and handle administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and growth. This permanent part-time role offers 35.5 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time, with a split shift model from 6:30am to 9:00am and 2:15pm to 6:00pm. You will work with Regional Manager support and thorough training to develop leadership skills within this well-established service.
Required Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- A completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification
- WA First Qualified Educator qualification
