Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years, creating a dynamic, child-centered environment filled with STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts. Take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth. Work split shifts Monday to Friday (6:30-9:00am and 2:00-6:15pm) as a permanent, full-time role including 5 non-contact paid admin hours. Receive coaching and guidance from a Regional Manager to develop leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- A completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification
- WA First Qualified Educator qualification
