Job Summary
As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years within Somerville House OSHC, designing an engaging, child-centered program with activities such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts. You’ll own rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, foster an inclusive team culture, and partner with families, school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service grows and thrives. The role includes leadership development, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, supported by Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office. Must have or be willing to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children Check; Australian work rights are required.
