Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators to run a before- and after-school program at a primary school for children aged 5-12 in North Perth. Manage the roster, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin, and build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community. Deliver a child-centered program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts to engage children. Role includes guiding program delivery, coordinating staff, and supporting leadership development with ongoing training; requires National Police Check and Working with Children check; Australian work rights. This is a part-time leadership role across split shifts (Mon-Fri, 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm) with support from state-specific offices and regional managers.
