Job Summary
Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program for children aged 5-12, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, arts, and crafts. Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, while building a positive, inclusive team culture for Educators. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive. Work consistent afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday with 22 hours per week, including 4 hours of dedicated non-contact administrative time. This permanent part-time role offers coaching from Regional Managers and supports career growth through paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Strong communication skills
- A team player who inspires others and encourages growth
- You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Australian work rights
