Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 in the Nollamara area. Create a dynamic, child-centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts while managing day-to-day operations, rosters, and compliance. Build strong relationships with families and the school community to foster an environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Work split shifts from 7:00am to 9:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 27.5 hours per week including 4 hours of paid admin time. This permanent part-time role offers coaching from a Regional Manager, paid training pathways, and access to parental leave and childcare discounts.
Required Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- A completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification
- WA First Qualified Educator qualification
