Job Summary
Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children while designing and facilitating activities that foster learning and creativity. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care. Manage a team of Educators and support their development within a lively, supportive atmosphere. Work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am and 2:40pm to 6:00pm, plus three hours of admin. This role offers ongoing professional development within MACSEYE's network of early childhood programs across Melbourne Archdiocese, focusing on holistic development and child-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Australian work rights
- Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
- Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- The hours will be 7:00am - 9:00am, and 2:40pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday + 3 hours of admin
