Job Summary
Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program for children aged 5-12, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, arts, and crafts. Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration while building a positive, inclusive team culture for Educators. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive. Manage a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program, supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office. Work split shifts Monday to Friday including 8 hours of dedicated non-contact administrative time.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Strong communication skills
- A team player who inspires others and encourages growth
- You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Australian work rights
- Must be able to work across split shifts, Monday to Friday
