Job Summary
Create a safe, stimulating environment for children and design/lead activities that foster learning and creativity. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues; ensure wellbeing and safety of every child in care; and manage a team of Educators. Requires Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA (completed or in progress) or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certifications, Australian work rights, and experience in childcare or early childhood education. Strong communication and collaboration are essential, along with a commitment to child safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma level qualification recognised by ACECQA (completed or current)
- Working towards Diploma level qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Australian work rights
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Willingness to undergo child safety screening
