Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12 years, creating a dynamic, child-centered environment with activities including STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts. Manage day-to-day operations, take full ownership of team rosters, ensure compliance, and handle administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and growth. Partner with parents and school communities to support children's development through play in safe, engaging settings. This permanent part-time role includes 30 hours per week, four hours of paid non-contact administration time, and Monday to Friday shifts across Rise then Shine and Stay and Play programs.
Required Qualifications
- WA First Qualified Educator
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion
