Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12, creating child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts. Manage daily operations, handle admin tasks, ensure compliance, and take full ownership of team rosters while fostering teamwork and growth. Build strong relationships with families and the school community to support children's development through play. This permanent part-time role offers 28 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration, split between morning and afternoon shifts. You will work with mentorship from Regional Managers and access to paid training, parental leave, and a loyalty bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- WA First Qualified Educator
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
