OSHC Coordinator | Eglinton Beach

OSHC Coordinator at OSHClub, leading a team of Educators in an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. Responsibilities include creating and leading a child-centered program with activities (STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts), owning the roster, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and handling admin tasks, all while fostering teamwork and growth. You’ll receive mentorship from regional managers and support from an office team to develop leadership skills. Requires holding or willingness to obtain a national police check, a state Working with Children check, Australian working rights, and completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding. This fixed-term, part-time role (35.75 hours/week across split shifts: 6:30-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm, Monday to Friday) is based in Eglinton, WA, Australia, with in-person remote arrangement.
