Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12, creating a dynamic, child-centered environment with activities like STEM, sports, and arts. Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering and compliance, while building strong relationships with families and the school community. Foster teamwork and growth within your staff, supported by coaching from a Regional Manager and a dedicated office team. This permanent part-time role includes 34 hours per week, with a split shift covering 6:30am–8:30am and 2:30pm–6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Hold or be actively working towards a relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification
- Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
- Working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
