Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years by creating dynamic, child-centered activities including STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts. Manage day-to-day operations, take full ownership of your team's roster, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth. Work split shifts Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm, with 38 hours per week including 4 non-contact paid admin hours.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Working towards or completed a relevant diploma or higher qualification (as per ACECQA)
