Job Summary
OSHC Coordinator leading a team of Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. You’ll manage rostering, day-to-day operations, compliance, and admin tasks, with mentorship from regional managers to develop leadership skills. The role features split shifts across mornings and afternoons, part-time hours (32.5 per week) with non-contact admin time, and opportunities for professional development and career growth. Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to child safety are essential, along with possession or pursuit of ACECQA-aligned qualifications and background checks. 32.5 hours per week across 6:30-8:30am, 3:00-6:00pm, and 7:00am-6:00pm during school terms and holidays; nationwide recruitment process includes a fast-track interview.
