Job Summary
Conduct daily OSHC care for primary school-aged children at Smalls Road OSHClub in Ryde, partnering with parents and school communities to support development through play. Manage regular Monday through Friday shifts covering before and after school times, with flexibility for extra hours during school holidays. Build ongoing relationships with families, children, and the wider school community while developing leadership, communication, and behaviour management skills. Complete required National Child Safety Training and hold a working-with-children check. This role offers a pathway into teaching, psychology, and childcare careers within Junior Adventures Group.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
Desired Qualifications
- Full training and ongoing support provided — no OSHC experience required
