Job Summary
Partner with parents and school communities by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Deliver morning shifts from 6:00am to 9:00am and afternoon shifts from 2:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday across the Noosa/Sunshine Coast region. Maintain at least three afternoon shifts weekly while engaging primary school-aged children in the Rise then Shine and Stay and Play programs. Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding and hold or obtain a working-with-children check. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $33 to $47 plus super, with extra daily earnings for split shifts, alongside pathways to leadership positions within the Junior Adventures Group team.
Required Qualifications
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Must be available for at least 3 afternoon shifts per week
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a state working-with-children check
- Must have valid Australian work rights
Desired Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
