Job Summary
Support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments by partnering with parents and school communities. Provide before-school care from 6:00am–9:00am and after-school care from 2:00pm–6:00pm as part of the Wellard area relief team. Maintain minimum availability of three afternoons per week, with additional hours possible during school holidays. Complete a national police check and state working-with-children check prior to onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week
- WA First Qualified Educator
- WA Qualified Educator
Desired Qualifications
- A formal qualification is not required for this role. However, candidates who hold or are working towards a relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification will be highly regarded
