Job Summary
Partner with parents and school communities by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments at Harrison OSHClub. Build ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the wider school community, occasionally supporting nearby services across the region when additional support is needed. Work regular shifts Monday through Friday before and after school, with extra hours available during school holidays. Maintain a minimum availability of three afternoons per week.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
