Required Qualifications
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover) and a state working-with-children check
- Must have valid Australian work rights
- A relevant qualification in children’s services, or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines)
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
