Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators onsite by mentoring staff, managing rosters, and overseeing service operations and compliance. Create engaging, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, and art experiences while fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the school community. This permanent part-time role offers 32 hours per week, including 2 hours of paid non-contact administration, with split shifts covering 6:30am–8:20am and 2:30pm–6:00pm Monday to Friday, plus potential holiday hours. You must hold a WA First Qualified Educator qualification, a national police check, and current First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
