Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite while managing rosters, service operations, and compliance. Create engaging, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences. Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community. Build confidence in leadership skills with support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team. This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week across split shifts: 6:30am–9:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with additional holiday hours available. Competitive pay reaches up to $42 per hour including allowances. The position requires a WA First or Qualified Educator qualification, a national police check, and Australian working rights.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- Hold or be actively working towards a relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification
- Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
- Working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
- Permanent part-time opportunity

- Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
- Stay and Play: 2:00pm – 6:00pm
- Additional hours may also be available during the school holidays
