Job Summary
As an Assistant Coordinator, lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Design and help lead a vibrant, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts. Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive. Be supported by an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager to ensure day-to-day success and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- National Police Check prior to onboarding
- Working with Children Check
- Australian work rights
