Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, designing vibrant experiences including STEM, sport, cooking, arts, and crafts. Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration while partnering with families and the school community to ensure service growth. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where staff feel supported and motivated. Work Monday to Friday in split shifts across the Rise then Shine and Stay and Play programs, with extra hours available during holidays. You will receive continuous hands-on guidance from an experienced Service Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
- Has Australian work rights
