Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 by designing vibrant, child-centred experiences including STEM, sport, cooking, arts, and crafts. Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration while partnering with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure service growth. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where staff feel supported and motivated. This permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) involves split shifts from 6:30am to 9:00am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm, with block shifts during school holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
- Has Australian work rights
