Job Summary
Lead and co-create a vibrant before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, designing and helping to lead engaging experiences (STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts) while overseeing rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure service growth and quality, supported by an Coordinator and Regional Manager. The role emphasizes building a positive, inclusive team culture, mentoring Educators, and advancing leadership within the service. Prospective candidates should be comfortable with shift patterns across early mornings and afternoons, and be prepared to obtain mandatory checks as part of child-safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Completed or working towards a Diploma qualification in a relevant field
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children check
- Australian work rights
