Job Summary
Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program featuring STEM, sport, cooking, arts, and crafts for children aged 5-12. Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration while building a positive, inclusive team culture for Educators. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive. Work split shifts Monday to Friday across Rise Then Shine (6:30am–9:00am), Stay and Play (2:30pm–6:00pm), and school holidays. This permanent part-time role offers competitive hourly pay up to $42 including allowances, alongside childcare savings and accelerated career growth through mentorship and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
- Has Australian work rights
- Must be able to work split shifts, Monday to Friday
- Must be available for Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
- Must be available for Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
- Must be available for School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm
- Must be able to set up and pack down each day
