Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite while managing rosters, service operations, compliance, and administration. Create child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences to support children's development through play. Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community within a supportive, people-first culture. This permanent, part-time role offers 15 hours per week across split shifts Monday to Friday (7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm). Competitive pay includes up to $42 per hour plus allowances and super.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
