Job Summary
Assistant Coordinator for Outside School Hours Care in Bunyip, VIC, supporting co-management of Educators and leading engaging programs for primary-age children. Develop and facilitate child-centered experiences (STEM, sport, cooking, art) while fostering relationships with children, schools, parents, and the community. Lead onsite Educators, manage rosters, and oversee day-to-day operations including compliance and administration. Growth path into management with mentorship from regional managers and state office support.
