Job Summary
As Assistant Coordinator for the OSHC program in Ashgrove, lead a team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, driving a vibrant, child-centred experience with STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts. Design and help lead the program, assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration. Build a positive, inclusive team culture, partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing growth and quality. You’ll be supported by an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager, with opportunities to grow into Coordinator and management roles. Requires working towards or having completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in Queensland, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Australian work rights.
