Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of services across Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs to deliver safe, high-quality, and engaging programs while building strong teams and community connections. Coach and develop Coordinators and Educators to foster a supportive team culture, and build meaningful relationships with schools, families, and stakeholders to strengthen engagement. Ensure services operate smoothly by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while overseeing workforce planning, financial sustainability, and continuous improvement. Act as the Nominated Supervisor to champion child safety and regulatory excellence, supporting teams to meet all legislative requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum Diploma level relevant qualification
- Bachelor qualification
- Proven leadership experience in Early Childhood, Education, or OSHC
- Experience leading across multiple sites
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to drive consistency and improvement at scale
- Collaborative approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams, families, schools, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Proactive, hands-on mindset
- Ability to act as the Nominated Supervisor
- Relevant child safety screening
- Adherence with child safe practices
