Job Summary
OSHC Service 2IC at Caufield Grammar School, Wheelers Hill, leads planning and programming of engaging activities (science experiments, sports, creative arts) for school-aged children, while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment and providing healthy snacks. Works with the Programs Engagement Manager on assessment and ratings with support from compliance experts, engages with stakeholders to build integrated OSHC programs, and manages day-to-day operations of the service. Requires/endorses qualifications in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care with related certifications, and is supported by professional development and retention payments; includes guaranteed shifts with after-school and vacation-care hours.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more
- valid Working With Children Check
- Child Protection Training Certificate
- First Aid
- CPR
- Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain)
