Job Summary
As the OSHC Service 2IC at Saint Stephen's College, you’ll lead the before/after school care program, plan science experiments, sports, and creative arts activities, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. You’ll prepare healthy snacks, support engagement with the Programs Engagement Manager on assessment and ratings with compliance backing, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and manage day-to-day operations to run the service smoothly. Qualifications include a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or related fields; required checks and certifications include Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
