Oversee retail operations including visual merchandising, while handling employee recruiting, training, and development to build product knowledge. Inspire staff to maintain high morale and assist with customer service troubleshooting. Promote the store on social media to drive business growth. This full-time role in Oshawa requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, with an 8-hour shift schedule.
