Job Summary
Maintain and update 300+ operational and compliance logs with accuracy and consistency, generating and submitting electronic reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to citations by providing documented evidence and corrective actions, while monitoring compliance calendars to ensure timely completion of audits, renewals, and reporting deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data integrity and support ongoing compliance initiatives. This role ensures regulatory adherence and operational integrity through meticulous recordkeeping and proactive management of industry-specific regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in compliance, documentation management, or a related field
