Job Summary
Oversee the OSD and Inventory Control team (Supervisor, OEM Parts Wrangler) to ensure inventory quality from receipt to customer delivery. Lead cycle counting, synchronize inventory across systems, and manage all exception processes (overages, shortages, damages) while coordinating with Customer Experience on customer-facing quality or inventory issues. Collaborate with Manufacturer Partnerships, Accounts Payable, vendors, and the receiving team to resolve discrepancies, identify parts, and implement error-proofing with Continuous Improvement teams. Participate in interviewing, training, performance reviews, and attendance tracking. Requires strong communication across leadership levels, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook, and the ability to work 8:30am–5:00pm in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment; able to intermittently lift up to 50 lbs.},
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet for extended periods
